About myCareCareer

We bring people together

myCareCareer is run by Network Infosystems GmbH, based in Schondorf am Ammersee, Germany. We connect international professionals with hospitals and care facilities in Germany – with experience, reliability and a clear commitment to fair recruitment.

Our mission

Better care – fair for everyone involved

Germany is short of nurses, doctors and therapists. At the same time, well-trained professionals in other countries are looking for career prospects. We want to bring both together – so that everyone benefits: the professionals, the employers and the countries of origin.

That is why we do not poach key personnel, align our work with the WHO Global Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health Personnel, and charge candidates no placement fees.

Fair recruitment

Founding member of the VFFG

The VFFG was founded in 2026 out of practical experience: agencies from international recruitment and nursing joined forces to establish fair, transparent and binding standards. It is based on a code of ethics and quality that applies to all members – with no fees for candidates, fair contracts, complaints procedures and sanctions.
