We bring people together

For many years we have been supporting professionals on their way to Germany and helping healthcare facilities fill vacancies for the long term. Our goal: both sides should be satisfied in the long run.

What sets us apart

Close to people – here and there

At home in the countries of origin

Our team lives and works on the ground: Ardit Sefedini in Kosovo, Isaac Kakande and Domenica Atim in Uganda. We teach German directly at our partner schools and know every candidate personally.

Standards we help shape

As a founding member and board member of the VFFG, we help develop binding rules for fair recruitment in healthcare – and we follow them ourselves.

Personal support

A dedicated team in Bavaria and in the countries of origin: fixed contact persons for employers and professionals, from the first conversation until long after the start.

Professionals for your facility

In everyday hospital and care work, reliability and the highest quality count. We apply the same standard to our own work – and look for professionals with:

Solid training

Training in our countries of origin is usually comparable to German training, often as a bachelor degree. Work experience counts in the selection.

German language skills

Language course in the home country up to the required level. Full recognition usually requires B2 – we support the way there.

The right personality

We select people who have made a conscious decision to live in Germany – the best basis for a stable employment relationship.

Integration support

New language, new country, new workplace: we advise professionals and employers on qualification and integration.

Where our candidates come from

We deliberately focus on a few countries. That way we know the training systems, the recognition requirements and the people we work with. We support candidates in German, English and Albanian.
