Solid training: Training in our countries of origin is usually comparable to German training, often as a bachelor degree. Work experience is important for the selection.
German skills: Full recognition usually requires level B2. We support the way there from the very beginning.

What employers often ask us

Why myCareCareer rather than government programmes?

The German Federal Employment Agency places nurses from selected partner countries through its own programmes. We focus on Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia, Uganda and Kenya and, in addition to nurses, also place doctors and physiotherapists. Many employers use both routes in parallel.

How long does it take until a professional starts with us?

This mainly depends on the candidate’s language level and on the recognition procedure in the respective federal state. In our first conversation we will give you a realistic timeline for your project.

Do professionals pay anything for the placement?

No. As a founding member of the VFFG, we do not charge candidates any placement fees.

Who looks after the professionals after arrival?

We remain the contact for you and the professional – for dealings with authorities, finding accommodation, recognition and integration. Our advisor Ardit Sefedini supports Albanian-speaking candidates in their native language.

What role does the VFFG play?

The VFFG – Association for Fair Recruitment of Healthcare Professionals – has a binding code of ethics and quality based on the WHO Global Code of Practice. myCareCareer co-founded the association and works according to this code.
